Terms of service
Using this store
These terms apply to orders placed with Mountain West Peptides and use of mountainwestpeptides.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping, return, and privacy policies linked on this website.
Laboratory research only
Our products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration, and are not supplied for diagnosis, treatment, or disease prevention. Product descriptions and laboratory reports are research information, not medical advice or instructions for personal use.
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and lawfully acquire and use the products at your destination. You are responsible for appropriate laboratory handling, storage, and use and for following applicable requirements.
Product information and reports
Review the description, quantity, and available documentation for the specific product before ordering. Product-page text and branded testing graphics summarize supplier-provided testing information; they are not laboratory-issued certificates of analysis. Request the source COA and batch documentation at mountainwestpeptides@gmail.com before ordering. A report applies to the material identified in that report; it should not be treated as a guarantee about a different batch. Contact us if you need help matching documentation to a product or lot.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Review the product selection, currency, taxes, and delivery options shown at checkout before paying. Availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material listing error, we will contact you with the available options; a canceled, paid item will be refunded.
Shipping, returns, and replacements
Our shipping policy explains delivery options. Our return and refund policy explains 30-day unopened returns and assistance with damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Privacy and responsible use
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized access.
Questions and updates
Contact mountainwestpeptides@gmail.com with questions. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when an order is placed apply to that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
