Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days after shipment.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders within the United States, with no promotional code required. Express shipping is $15 where available and typically takes 1–2 business days after shipment. The 2–3 business day order-processing period applies separately. Available services and prices are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Available delivery services are shown at checkout based on your address. If your address is not supported or no delivery option appears, contact us before ordering.

Delivery estimates

Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Order preparation is separate from carrier transit time. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Order updates and address changes

Use the order status link in your confirmation email to check your order. Tracking information will be provided when available. Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order; email us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delivery problems
