Refund policy

30-day unopened returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. We cover return shipping for approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can make it right with a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund. Opening the outer shipping package to inspect your order does not affect this protection.

How to start a return or replacement

Email Mountainwestpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of damaged packaging or an incorrect item when available. We will provide return instructions and any required shipping label. Please contact us before sending items back.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Opened items and exceptions

Opened, used, or unsealed research materials are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
