Research FAQ
Clear answers about Mountain West Peptides products, laboratory reports, shipping, returns, and research-only use.
What are these products intended for?
Our products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or disease prevention.
Where can I find product testing information?
Open the COA Library or the relevant product page to view laboratory reports and testing summaries. Branded testing graphics are reference summaries, not laboratory-issued certificates. Public copies of the coming-soon Kovera Labs reports have commercial identifiers and lookup details redacted; the original reported results remain visible. Contact us about source COAs and batch documentation; include the product name and batch or lot code, if available.
What testing is currently available?
Testing documentation varies by product and batch. Review the product-specific report for its methods and results. Identity and purity testing alone do not establish sterility or endotoxin compliance. Supplier-provided reports have not necessarily been independently authenticated by Mountain West Peptides, and a report applies only to the submitted sample.
Is endotoxin testing available?
The supplier-provided Kovera Labs reports for the five coming-soon products include an endotoxin screen, microbial screening and heavy-metal screening. Their public copies are available in the COA Library. These results do not apply to every product or batch; rely only on tests expressly included in the corresponding report. Incoming batch correspondence will be confirmed after arrival. Screening results do not establish suitability for human or animal use.
What does coming soon mean?
These products are not yet available to purchase. Availability and pricing will be announced after arrival and batch review. A coming-soon listing is not a preorder or an offer of a free product.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free, with no code required. Express shipping is $15 where available. Available services are confirmed at checkout for your address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed in 2–3 business days. After shipment, Standard transit is typically 3–5 business days; Express transit is typically 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery dates are estimates. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return an item?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement assistance. See our return and refund policy.
